Kristine Kacarab brings more than 15 years of experience spanning nearly every facet of the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at Kalibri, she works with the industry’s top brands, third-party management firms, developers, and ownership groups to drive business growth & profitability.
Throughout her career, Kristine has held leadership roles across branded hotels, independent properties, resorts, and hospitality technology companies. She has guided teams through hotel openings, ownership transitions, property renovations, and the adoption of new digital tools. Her work spans hotel operations, revenue management, sales, and marketing.
Kristine is known for her thoughtful leadership, practical mindset, and data-informed strategies. Her efforts have earned her several awards including White Lodging’s Sales Leader of the Year and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts’ Platinum Sellers Club. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Central Michigan University and holds certifications as a Certified Hotel Digital Marketer (CHDM) and a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP).
