Director of Human Resources


Kalibri Labs LLC is a Big Data analytics company specializing in the Hospitality Industry. The company was founded in 2012 and has grown to 25 employees with hiring plans to double in size. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to help guide the company during this period of growth by establishing best practices in our recruitment and hiring procedures, ensuring that our employee benefits are competitive and well managed and enabling a work environment that is vibrant and conducive for a productive team.

This will be a management team role with oversight and direct execution of all HR responsibilities. We are a young enthusiastic team still enjoying our start-up environment and the rewards of creating a new business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop an organizational talent strategy and establish a consistent recruiting process including screening and interviewing candidates.

  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees

  • Maintain employee information in the Payroll system and execute on schedule. Maintain employee records and confirm all required government reporting is completed by vendors and compliance requirements are met.

  • Administer employee benefit programs and disseminate information as needed. Review programs for new features and competitive positioning.

  • Update and maintain the company employee handbook

  • Maintain relationships with all vendors of HR services including recruiters, payroll services, medical programs, retirement programs, and insurance services.

  • Help establish guidelines and maintain records of various employee policies, including leave and other benefits

  • Establish, supervise, and advise management team regarding the annual goal setting and review processes for our bonus and merit increase programs.

  • Bring to management’s attention any employee or staff issues after researching or counseling as required

  • Establish team building and other initiatives to enhance company spirit and relationships between various departments to optimize efforts to achieve company goals and improve staff retention.

Desired experience and skills:

  • 5 plus years experience with HR department functions
  • Highly skilled at Administrative Writing, Verbal Communication, Interviewing and Employee issue resolution

Analyst, Customer Onboarding


Kalibri Labs, a big data and analytics firm specializing in hospitality, is looking for an Analyst to lead the client data acquisition and implementation process for our diverse set of hospitality clients.

We are seeking a candidate who is energetic and optimistic in the face of challenges, who demonstrates strong client-facing communication skills as well as the analytical ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.

The successful candidate will project manage multiple concurrent client projects, implementing a process-oriented approach and proactive communication of status to both internal and external stakeholders. He or she will work to optimize the onboarding process, and escalate and resolve potential risks before they become issues. A “can-do-will-do” attitude and the proactive initiative to get things done are required.

This is a hands-on position which requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented and analytically capable candidate who is able to collaborate within a team structure, as well as work independently (with some direction).


  • Interface directly with customers throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Validate client deliverables against our data specifications
  • Diagnose risks early in the process to prevent them from becoming issues or delays
  • Communicate across internal departments (Account Management, Sales, Engineering) to align on customer status and ensure on-time delivery of implementation
  • Create and maintain client-specific project documentation
  • Occasionally manage large-scale data enhancement projects that impact multiple clients

Desired experience and skills:

  • 3+ years of hospitality technology experience, focus on revenue management or similar discipline a plus (or comparable experience in a data-focused onboarding capacity)
  • A clear and client-focused communication style capable of articulating complex ideas succinctly, to all levels of understanding
  • A strong professional background in data analytics, with advanced usage of Excel
  • Project management experience a plus

Analyst, Revenue Strategy and Account Management


Job Description

The Analyst will support the Revenue Strategy and Account Management team. The Revenue Strategy Analyst will have an opportunity to initially spend time working with each of the teams at Kalibri Labs to build knowledge and refine future responsibilities. The Revenue Strategy Analyst will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc analysis, customer data validation, client on-boarding and training as well as account management. The ideal candidate has a proven interest in the hospitality industry, real estate valuation analysis, and/or database management and has a desire to work with a dynamic, growing company.

Job Function (including, but not limited to)

Ad-hoc Analysis and Reporting: Assist the Kalibri Labs team with ad hoc analyses when needed for client visits, industry meetings, and for the Distribution Channel Analysis report. Additionally, perform consistent reporting for clients

New Client On-Boarding and Training: Assisting the Revenue Strategy Team with preparation for the onboarding and training of clients

Assist in day to day account management meetings: Participate in client facing meetings as a subject matter expert around the metrics and deliverables provided by the Revenue Strategy team to clients

Job Requirements

  • Advanced to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, advanced graphing and pivot table knowledge). Analyst may be required to pass an Excel test

Kalibri Labs, a big data and analytics firm specializing in hospitality, is looking for an Analyst to develop new reporting templates and fulfill existing reporting requests for our diverse set of hospitality clients. This is a hands-on position which requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented and analytically capable candidate who is able to collaborate within a team structure, as well as work independently (with some direction).


  • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements
  • Consolidate feedback from multiple sources in an orderly, positive and proactive way
  • Design creative visualizations of the data – we are seeking to take complicated concepts and communicate them in a clean, intuitive, easy-to-digest format
  • Develop Excel-based models or templates that transform raw data into fully formatted output reports ready for client use
  • Maintain and update our existing templated reports as needed
  • Train internal stakeholders on reporting templates to ensure successful implementation with our clients
  • Work with the Data Strategy group to proactively identify data enhancements to fulfill reporting needs
  • Occasionally assist in report fulfillment requests from clients

Desired experience and skills

  • Exceptional Excel skills are required – the successful candidate will possess the ability to produce client-ready outputs, attention to every detail, footnote and label, and the back-end formula knowledge to build scalable, dynamic models
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an analytics, business or hospitality focus
