Tom leads the team responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer success activities at Kalibri Labs.  His mission is to ensure that our customers and prospective customers receive a continuously great experience, and that our products and services are used most effectively to help to identify, value, and explore opportunities for growth.

Tom has 20+ years of experience leading professional services and customer success teams at software and consulting companies.  He has a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and an MA in International Economic Policy from American University.
