Acacia leads the Client Engagement team responsible for the ongoing management, fulfillment and overall satisfaction of Kalibri Labs' customers. She enables the team to provide exceptional customer service from onboarding to renewal, while working to grow adoption of our revenue strategy products. She is passionate about understanding and delighting customers, aligning processes and services to meet client needs while inspiring advocacy and loyalty.
Acacia has a decade of experience in customer success, professional services and account management at SaaS, Data and Marketing organizations. She is accomplished in building and scaling services and support teams to bring value to clients and the business. She has a BA in Communication Studies from West Virginia University and has a passion for philanthropy and volunteering.
